What does TRASHCAN MOVERS actually do?
We handle the movement of your trash and recycling bins on collection day. We roll them out to the curb before pickup and return them afterward — with photo proof and real-time updates included.
Do I need to be home for service?
Not at all. As long as your bins are accessible and any gate codes are provided, we’ll complete the service without needing to disturb you.
How do I know my bins were handled?
You’ll receive a photo confirmation with a timestamp in your email after every visit. This ensures transparency, trust, and peace of mind.
Is this only for residents, or can businesses use it too?
We serve both homeowners and businesses. Whether you’re managing a household, rental property, or commercial location, we have flexible plans to fit your needs.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party platforms like Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer one-time or on-demand services?
Yes — we offer on-demand options like bin cleaning, vacation rental trash support and after party cleaning services, with no subscription required.
What areas do you serve?
We currently operate in Halifax, Beechville, Bedford, and Dartmouth. More neighbourhoods are coming soon. You can check service availability here.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, to cancel you subscription, login into your account and click Cancel. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the selected plan either Monthly or Quarterly.
